At least 2 years experience in a Five Star Hotel. Responsible for repairing and maintenance of all plumbing works, covering all pipe lines, sanitary, water tanks, filtration plants, backwash, softeners, fire hose reels, fire pump testing, all portable fire extinguishers, sump pits, sewage lines, domestic and hot water systems, garden water lines etc. - KEN FIX IT Male, age 25 to 40 years old. At least 2 years experience in a Five Star Hotel. Responsible for handling all types of welding works and must be a quality certified welder and gas cutter. He works closely with plumbers, A/C mechanics, electricians and other associates. - PAINTER Male, age 25 - 40 years old. At least 2 years experience in a Five Star Hotel. Responsible for maintenance of all painting and polishing works of the hotel such as guestrooms, furniture and fixtures etc. - CARPENTER Male, age 25 - 40 years old. At least 2 years experience in a Five Star Hotel Responsible for repairing and maintenance of all furniture and fixtures, aluminum, glass and paneling works of the hotel.
